Key tactical mind behind Commerce Militia’s back-to-back-to-back victories. In Summer Reign, flanked the Raiders using NPC mercenaries paid in Bazaar chips. Co-led the crushing Arctic Reign 2 campaign against the Church of the Sea and the Red Raiders. After Minkus’s betrayal, Dave stayed loyal — and was rewarded. He is now the ruthless second-in-command of the Commerce Militia regime, personally overseeing enforcement, taxation, and the hunt for resistance cells.
